Managing a small-scale enterprise in assembly , service and sale of computer hardware(1995-2000); Die and Mould Polishing machine marketing & job work(1993- 2005) and manufacturing, sale and service of Inverters(1993-2000).
Visiting Faculty in HRM for PG students of Building & Engineering Management at School of Planning & Architecture(SPA, Deemed University), Delhi (2003-05) and EMPI Managemnt School, N Delhi(2006). Authored a book on self development and empowerment titled: “Knock and the Door shall be Opened!” published by Krantz Publications, New Delhi.
In brief, I have been managing a small business and consulting in HRD for the last twelve years. With this diverse experience of HRD training, manufacturing, marketing, selling, servicing, consulting, teaching, writing and managing the enterprise the approach has become holistic and practical.
